Good for you. How … Good for you. How are the 40 year old’s doing around you? Are they as lean as you? Do you think you will escape their fate? Don’t worry about it. Enjoy your sugar.
Um, I’m a 23 year … Um, I’m a 23 year old six foot tall man, and I’m 175 pounds, thank you. I eat plenty of fruits and veggies. I don’t think I’m overweight, the last time I checked.
It’s obvious that … It’s obvious that nothing I write here will change your mind. I’ll check back in a couple years or twenty. In the meantime, enjoy your sugar.
This is the most … This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Fruits and vegetables, as Steve said, provide you with a good deal of fiber. If you’re really saying that “carbs make a person fat,” you’re wrong. It’s total calories that make a person fat, from any source, whether protein, carbohydrate, or dietary fat. If you look at the study, you probably should see the numbers of refined carbohydrates, simple sugars, and other things such as saturated and trans fats that these people are consuming.
except pasta and … except pasta and bananas have different types of calories, bananas are simple carbs which are used before complex ones, so pasta will make you fatter because when the calories from it are not burned they’re quick to become fat,
uhmm,, u are not … uhmm,, u are not right. if you eat 4 exempel 3 bannans you got the same calories as if you eat 100 grams of pasta. and this is the best way to get yer calories from..vegetable are not eaten 4 calories “, but you wont get fat from fruts thats 4 scure so dont worry ppl.
The China study … The China study shows that those who ate the most fruits and vegetables were also the most fat. Dietary fat doesn’t cause obesity. Neither does protein. What causes obesity is carbohydrates. Fruits and vegetables, especially sweet fruits and starchy vegetables, cause blood glucose to rise and insulin to rise and fat to accumulate.
Other than avacados … Other than avacados and olives I can’t think of one fruit or vegetable you could eat that would put weight or you or make you fat. As long as they’re not mixed with some type of fatty dressing or sugary syrup I wouldn’t even worry about those calories. Fruit & veggies are mostly water, fiber and a small amount of sugar.
What about adding … What about adding the calories from fruits and vegetables to our daily calorie totals? Is that necessary? Or can all fruits and vegetables be eaten freely?
Nope. Your trainer … Nope. Your trainer couldn’t be more incorrect. NOBODY on the planet ever got fat eating fruits. They are mostly water, fiber, and a bit of fructose (fruit sugar.)
He also mentioned … He also mentioned the discomfort that would occur if one would try to eat that much fruit/veg. I would HOPE that discomfort is a sign to stop eating. If one stopped eating as soon as he or she was uncomfortable, then at THAT point, it is unlikely they could get fat. Because they would still have many, many calories left to go.
when ever I eat … when ever I eat fruit it just goes in and out. I think it’s because of the simple carbs that burn of super fast. If I ate an apple abut 15-20 mins later I would burn of the calleries and be hungry again. Does simple carb calleries burn faster?
But the calories in … But the calories in fruits and vegetables can add up, and I thought you said too much of anything can make you gain weight! What if you eat more than your reguilar calories worth of fruits and vegetables, your saying you wouldn’t gain weight because it’s mostly water, and will burn off and metabolise quickly?
good point. I have … good point. I have never heard any one say they got fat by eating fruits and veggies. I have beeb told to watch how many I eat because of the sugars. Better that then pastry.
Kasey, shut the … Kasey, shut the up. This guy here is motivating people to lose weight with his youtube advice that his providing for free and I seriously think he doesnt deserve you arguing with him on every vid. I dont see you doing sh*t but posting nonsence on your channel so just leave this channel alone please, nobody needs your negativity here.
Also, if you’re on … Also, if you’re on a diet to lose weight, you’re better off staying away from an excess of fruits. Fructose is a monosaccharide that easily turns to fat because the muscles do not possess the enzyme needed to store it as muscle glycogen. It either stores as fat in the liver, or in the adipose tissue. And since a single glass of orange juice is enough to fill the fat stores in your liver to capacity, it is extremely easy to put on weight with too many fruits.
How many of us have … How many of us have heard this from someone who’s on a diet? - “Oh I cant have any fruits and vegetables”.
I have -=never=- heard that from someone who’s on a diet. In fact, I’m guessing you haven’t either, since its just such a ridiculous notion, and you just wanted an opening for this video.

Stop thumbing down kasey’s comment. Your not helping anyone that way.
